We do not usually provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Failure to attend booked lessons
Lack of practice between lessons
Internet or device issues on the student’s side
Unused lessons after a package expiry date

Promotions may have specific conditions, including expiry dates, eligibility requirements, or limited availability.
We may change or withdraw promotions at any time, unless you have already purchased under that offer.
We aim to provide structured, supportive and practical guitar coaching.
However, results vary depending on the student’s age, experience, practice habits, attendance, motivation, and individual learning needs.
